Code geass R2 21 Spoilers!!!!THE TRUTH BEHIND EMPRESS MARIANNES DEATH AND ANYA:
Empress marianne was killed by V.V. Charles and V.V. had made a pact to create a world without lies. Marianne was interrupting that dream in a way (or so thought by V.V.) so V.V killed her and placed nunally in the middle to be a witness. Anya happened to be watching as Marianne was laying and dying. marianne used her geass (Which has the power to give someone her heart) which she used on Anya and secretly hid that fact. Marianne could speak to C.C.'s heart and told her the truth of V.V. So C.C. left knowing the truth about everything and hid herself.
C.C.'s WISH:
is to die. Of course but she indeed used lelouch knowing the truth of everything and not telling him. She wanted to use him for her death in the first place.
NUNALLYS INJURIES AND CHARLES EXCUSE:Charles found out of this (V.V. being the one who killed marianne) and secretly hid Mariannes corpse in the attempt later to be able to revive her. He sent away lelouch and Nunally to japan to supposedly keep them safe and such because V.V. didn't know of their existence yet. Charles used his geass on Nunally and messed with her memories which made her blind and paralyzed. he did it because he didn't want her to reveal anything of being a witness. he reveals this all to lelouch.
SUZAKUS QUESTIONS AND THE ABANDONMENT:
Suzaku askes lelouch what was the reason for trying to control the world. At first lelouch says Nunally but suzaku says "using that excuse again." Then Lelouch says maybe to protect everyone. Then he speaks on Nunally and her smile. He yells to charles that it wasn't protecting they were giving by sending them away it was abandonment. lelouch says "Do you know what Nunallys smile meant? It was the only way she could show gratitude because her legs were messed up so bad she can't walk properly and because she can't see."
TRUE INTENTIONS OF RAGNAROK:Anya (rather marianne)saves Suzaku and returns C.C.'s code again and memories. She tells Suzaku some of the things Charles told lelouch. Also (marianne inside Anya) transports herself to where lelouch and Charles are. Eventually Suzaku and C.C. join them while the real Anya lies outside. Charles reveals that what the ragnarok junction will do is make everyone themselves and no one will be able to lie anymore.By merging with C.C.'s code is the only way it can happen but Lelouch doesn't let him. Marianne somehow had agreed with his plan as well and Charles tries to convince everyone to go with it. lelouch won't listen though and makes his wish and gets another geass in his right eye which destroys Charles and marianne. Charles and marianne wonder why C.C. isn't being destroyed as well because she once agreed with their plan. She says its because she realized that it was a plan that only satisfied their likings. Charles chokes lelouch as he disappears.
EMPEROR:
On a live television brodcast everyone believes Emperor Charles is going to show up and make an announcement but instead lelouch walks in and everyone is shocked. (Student council, Royal family) and he sits and claims to now be the 99th emperor of Britannia. He reveals he killed Charles by his own hands and other family and such become enraged and attempt to get the guards to take him out. As they try Suzaku comes from nowhere and lands a kick and protects lelouch and Lelouch claims that Suzaku has become the knight of Zero. (It doesn't seem as is he is under geass either)A family member tells lelouch to stop this bad joke and he uses his geass on everyone watching and tells them to "Acknowledge me!" and then it shows Schneizel. he says "give lelouch everything he wants even Britannia." Then says, "What will grasp the world? Lelouchs geass or..." And then the episode ends. the next episode is called Emperor lelouch and shows Lelouch meeting up with kallen and apparently as the emperor.
